Hello Jarvis
The webcam is located on the seafront near the breakwater. Walking from the start of the breakwater, near the funfair (the sea will be on your right), its about 50 metres and is located on the side of a restaurant which is on a corner. The webcam is about 12 feet off the ground and has "Torrevieja.com " written on it. Another good webcam to wave at is in Orihuela.

Regarding the post, it can take anything from a couple of days to a week, my quickest letter to UK was 36 hours.

Have a good time.
