100% Spanish mortgages

Is it possible you can get a 100% spanish mortgage? My partner and I want to buy our own apartment/villa but cannot afford a deposit.

I beleive you will find it difficult to find a bank who will loan 100%. We raised some funds in the UK and the rest in spain, so in effect we have raised 100% but via 2 sources. Dont forget to add c12% to the cost of the property for taxes / fees etc.

100% Mortgages

Hi to you both!

I have been arranging 100% Mortgages for around 12 months now, I can actually get 120% Mortgages so that you taxes and fees are also included. It is not available on all properties, it depends on where you are planning to buy and the size of the property.
We have 10 properties that have have all been pre approved for this deal. give either me or my partner a call, to discuss if your property would be accepted by the banks.
