La Cinuelica Development R15

We have purchased an off plan townhouse on R15 at the La Cinuelica develpoment which is due to be finished at the end of September 2006. Reading through previous threads it seem very unlikely that this date will be met but would be grateful if anyone could give us some idea of how far on this developement is as the info we are getting from our agent is really poor !!!!!
We would also be interested to know of others that have purchased on this same release

Playa Golf

Anyone know of a similar group for the playa golf development at Cabo Roig / Campaomor being built by Sane Jose?

We purchased our property on R8 in June 04, the completion date given was December 05. This did not happen and we were given a revised date of March 30th. 06. Again this has not happened, and we are now being more or less told that they are not sure when completion will be.
San Antonio, the builders just seem to be starting new phases, and then breaking off to work on another.
We have got flights booked for May, June, July, Sept.& October, we are no longer sure if we will be able to use them??

Sorry to hear about your delay, we've not heard anything regarding delays from our agents but then again they've been very poor with their updates so far.
We bought ours in April 05 but according to the contract it could be 6months either way but from your experience that is being hopeful !!!!

We were thinking of going out first week in september just to see the progress thats been made and then go again to complete but its hard to organise anything without knowing whats going on !!!

I think you have found the www.lacinuelica.net site by now. there are generally lots of offers on there to take photos and provide updates. otherwise you could go to the builders office at villamartin???
