long term rentals for hospital staff

Hi. I'm thnking of letting my Lago Jardin 2 bungalow on a long term basis, possibly to staff of the new hospital. Does anyone know how I should go about it and what rental I should ask for. It's a nice (but I would say that, wouldn't I?) 2 bedroom apartment that would very comfortably suit 2 singles or a couple, possibly with one child.
