Help and advice for a visitor

[stevesmith]

Can anyone give advice on the sea fishing possibilities around torrevieja? Boat or shore, I understand that a license is required and can be got in alicante - but where? Does anyone have advice on shipping rods and reels out from the UK in advance of my visit? All replies gratefully received.
