can anybody please tell me the name of the beach and where it is as i am told you can lie on the beach with it on

We went to Lo Pagan on the Mar Menor. If you find the walkway that goes out for quite a long way, you can see a windmill in the distance. The mud is on the opposite side to the Mar Menor.

You will probably see loads of people slapping it on (not sure about this time of the year, depends if it's warm). Take some kind of container, the bottom of a 5 litre water bottle works, to collect the mud, slap it on and wait for it to dry. It is then washed off in the same place, we noticed some Spanish people take a sponge to help rub it off.

I can thoroughly recommend, I recently applied some to a particularly nasty rash on my legs, nothing else worked, felt abit silly walking round with it on but it was April and a bit chilly to actually bathe there, so left in on all day and it worked a treat
