taxes and IBI

I have asked about this before but I am now a year down the road and am now in a position of needing to pay something I think.

I have had place since feb '05
not yet received anything from SUMA for IBI (I have been to the SUMA office and was told there was nothing against my property)
do I need to volunteer IBI or will I get a bill
I do need to pay wealth tax and renta
what value will these be based on - the only value I have is what is shown in my deeds
do I need to volunteer tax or will I get a bill

I do know the relevant calculations - just not sure of the processes.

Got my place last year too and chased my fiscal representative about mine because I was concerned.

Apparently it is paid in arrears so my bill this year is for last year but I have not had it yet anyway. I have signed to have it taken by DD but not seen the bill yet.
