Has anyone heard of Telefonica in English? I stupidly put Telefonica English in Google and up popped www.telefonicainenglish.com I didn't at first realise that that was their web address, my fault I know! Anyway to cut a long story I ordered a phone line on line whilst in the UK. Some 20 days later no contact had been made so whilst out in Spain contacted Telefonica who had no record of us. We ordered our phone line through Telefonica whilst out there and it was installed in 2 days. However Telefonica in English had debited our bank account with 35euros for doing nothing. We went to the bank who returned the money and cancelled any further payments. Is this web site a con? Or are they genuine? Telefonica said they were nothing to do with them.
