purchasing a secondhand spanish car

can anybody tell me how to go about registering a car that I have bought?
The car belonged to a guy who has, sadly, passed away, it is registered in Andalucia province. I have all the paperwork, I think, but I am unsure as what to do next. Obviously the previous owner can not sign anything and his next of kin are all resident in England. I am in England at the moment and I am not a resident in Spain, I have an NIE number and have a house in Pilar de la Horadada. Should I go to the TUV in Torrevieja with all the papers and ask them to sort it for me? Do I have to take the car with the papers? Please could somebody give me some advice?

If you are around the torre area I had my car details changed over by a lady called Amanda her phone number is 625864373. Just tell her Marie from holitots gave her your number if she asks. She is reasonably priced and you know that everything is done right no worrying about been pulled and not having the correct paperwork, She will need your passport etc and she will do all the running about to the different offices etc. At the end of it she only makes around 50 euros.

you have a problem the next of kin has to have the car changed into their name before it can be changed into your name,they will want to see the probate,passport, residenial card ,you can phone me on 01268 685453 and i will explain it to you as i have just bought a car the same happed to me terry
