As a virtual newcomer to a life on the Costa Blanca, with new hopes, ideas and dreams, my experience of having a business idea blatantly copied has come probably earlier than most.

My name is Lynne and I run a class at Clarke's Bar in Playa Flamenca. Two new venues are due to open soon.
The person who is using the name, materials and ideas of my slimming club holds classes at The Cube in the Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre and at Scoobies in Villa Martin.
I do not support these groups and would like it to be known that these are nothing to do with the original idea, quality and member satisfaction being the most important factors (as they are in my groups).
Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery but dishonesty is dishonesty.
