altos de campoamor

[smiler]

Does anybody have any news on this development as I am purchasing an apartment here and have just been informed that the builder has closed his office and that his other business has been closed due to financial difficulties.

The builder is not answering any calls and no one knows of his whereabouts, and it is looking like he has done a runner?

[Taffy]

What is the delevopers name?

[maggiedog]

Altos de Campoamor

Can anyone tell me what the developers name is? We sell property and want to stay well away from any of their developments.

Thanks

The builders are Travensa, however their properties are promoted through various promoters and agents. I am now informed that he has ceased trading, however the development is still unfinished and all the purchasers are in the dark as to where we stand. We keep getting told different stories from the agents and solicitors however it seems that they do not want to encourage legal action as they state it will be costly and take a long time.

Latest news is that the builder has also closed down his other business.

Any suggestions?
