There are enough problems trying to get a landline here and now we want wi-fi?? Where do we think we are - western europe in the 21 century??

I think that you will be able to sit in outside most internet cafes and bars or mail rooms that provide an internet ervice and SURF from their router.
As many people do not know that they should or how to encrypt their systems from people want free internet access.

I only know this because there is a guy who sits outside one of the local
bars near to me and SURFS away for many hours at a time, with the bar
assuming that he is just writing away on his computer.
