wheelchair user in torrevieja

Hi
Hoping to fly to Murcia next month with Ryanair from Liverpool UK - have the chance of a week in a villa there.... My daughter is 20yrs old and confined to an electric wheelchair.... anybody know of any taxis suitable for wheelchairs that can take us from the Murcia airport to Torrevieja, or, is there a bus service suitable for wheelchairs in the area?
