Should they stay in La Zenia

I'm looking for help here. We have friends with kids aged 14,10 &5. They are looking to stay in La Zenia but want to know what is on offer for entertainment within walking distance of the La zenia roundabout. Youngest 2 are happy with piped music and a pool table but the oldest wants a little more - not necessarily disco but somewhere to meet other kids on holiday. Mum and dad just want somewhere to sit and have a drink in a good atmosphere.
All suggestions of where to go and where to avoid are welcome - even if it ends up not being the place for them to stay!

Lots in / around Le Zenia, easy to get into Torry, Villamartin is about a 5 min drive / taxi ride as our other commercial centres with Bars / restaurents etc. Beach is good, if a little over crowded at times, cheap (not at all fancy either) beach bar / restaurent by the beach as well.

Dont forget the broken sewage pipe! Wouldnt swim there until you know its been fixed. Lots of dead fish on the beach last week. Worse after its been raining
