Punta Prima Marina

[Steve D]

I know this subject has been metioned before, but does anyone have any news on the proposed marina and beach,s at Punta Marina?
There is alot of developement going off in that area near the sea, and as it stands there is no beach/bars etc to talk about, that would support the number of properties being built.
I know the builders promote an artists impression that shows a marina, beach,s, promanades and a 5 * hotel, does anyone know anything that is more realistic and factual.

As far as I'm aware, work on the marina isn't due to start until Se Senorio DE Punta Prima is finished, so I guess in about ten years time.
