flamenca dancing

I have someone coming over in august who want to see flamenca dancing.I knoe they have it at the PATIO DE ANDELUZ resturant on a thursday night, anyone know of any other places/venues .

I think they also have flamenca dancing on at the Dehesda Restaurant, Campoamor. As you come over the blue bridge (over the N332) it's on your right hand side, think they have it on a Friday.

just my opinion but I have been 3 times to this restaurant and been sadly underwhelmed each time. thought the food was average, prices over average for the food, staff surly and not very friendly including the musicians.

appreciate this was a post about flamenco and don't want to start a battle of opinions.

Where in La Zenia is Raquel Pena - am assuming Orihuela Costa esport is not the name of the place?

Yes - it IS called the Orihuela Costa Resort. It is a hotel and sports complex on La Zenia on the sea-side of the N-332 (original La Zenia). It has entrances on Calle Colon and Calle Las Palmeras, I think, with lots of parking.
