Good value?

Hi, I'm in process of buying a good sized one bed apartment in Torrevieja (near to Playa de los Naufragos). It needs modernising and I am wondering if 80,000 euros is a good price to pay. Does anyone know?

Also, when I have done the work on the apartment I would like to rent it out, can anyone recommend a good rental/management agency?

HI Tej I have just bought a 1 bedroom apartment by Los Naufragos for 86,000E about 2 months ago so very good value. Have already had family stay there and they loved it. My place just needed decorating thou.

Personally I wouldn't do business with anyone whose only point of contact is either an English or Spanish mobile phone number.

At least I can always get hold of them, even at 3am when a guest was locked out! They also work from home so how can you not trust them... I know where they live!!!
