Community Fees - PLaya Golf Cabo Roig / Campomoar

Do any forum members know if the community charge rate has been set and if so how much for the play golf complex at Cabo Roig / Compoamor. We are due to complete shortly on Playa Golf 3 if the phase makes a difference (shouldn't)

parents say that the each comm charge is set by the president and is normally about 240 euro

Playa Golf 2 hard to explain, but at the top end of the strip in Cabo Roig (not the la zenia roundabout) there is a roundabout, its about 2 min drive from there, they have just built a new complex, with a bank, alfies bar, a resturant. Also by the round about, there is a bar called ruby's. Sorry could not describe better.

Where are you??

Playa Golf 3 is the same Urb as you, Taffy's place is close to mine. with your back to Alfies looking over the open space in front of you (or it was open space end of May) Playa Golf 3 is the San Jose development being built about 100 - 200 meters straight in front of you. Your parents must be close to us. Interesting to hear about the new Ruby's bar - that hasn't been mentioned before.

Thats right you must be close to mums. The open space now is still there however they just built a aldi's there and a bank is opening soon which is close to alfies bar.

We are back over last week in Oct to complete the purchase plus a bit of a break, final legalities allowing.

Taffy - Ruby's is behind the bricotodo (sorry bad spelling) at the top end of the strip, but be warned i only found out, because I went there,(apologies not to offend) its a GAY bar !!! - Still had very good couple of hours there LOL
