adsl broadband isp - who's cheapest

hi i live in torrevieja and i wanted to ask a few things about broadband.

firstly i need 512kb or faster

also i don't want restrictions or usage restrictions, unless they're quite big like at least 2 gb or more

and from looking at different sites i'm unclear whether i need to pay telefonicas line rental as well or not

i've looked at tele2.es who look real cheap (if phone line rental is included in that price)

also jazztel

wanadoo

tiscali

gonuts4free

and direct-telecom.es

i realise people will recommend telefonica as they're the main provider and it's their lines etc but could anyone tell me who is cheapest for what i need and which other ones to telefonica are ok... i'm up for risking using a different provider if cheaper but i don't want a load of hidden tax or line rental adding on etc and it's hard when you don't speak spanish on some of these sites. also they're gotta provide for torrevieja and even though i put the phone number in a few can anyone confirm which ones will or not.
