I have heard you can get a ferry La Manga. Does anybody have any details please

The ferry goes from the beach at Santiago de la Ribera which is next to San Javier. The fare is about 3 euros each way. It took about 30 minutes and was enjoyable. When you land at La Manga you are at the top end and you would need to get a bus if you wanted to get to somewhere lively.
The Ferry docks at the marina and the restaurants there are all a little pricey for meal of the day. There is a big restaurant on the beach next to the marina and menu of the day was 12 euros but it was a nice restaurant.
