mailbox repair

Hi all just back from 5 days in Torre. Weather brutal but still enjoyed it. We have bungalow at En Salado 11 - Fase 1 near El Limonar and someone broke their key in our mailbox!
Question is does anyone know a reputable person to repair or replace and whats the charge likely to be?

Also we are considering coming back at Christmas for a week - I know its "pot luck" but whats the weather usallly like at that time????

Our friend replaced their own post box lock - apparently there is just a screw holding it in. If you get the lock out and take it to a ferreteria you can buy a new one for a couple of euros. They got theirs from Keaki, near Aquapolis.

The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I got a new one and replaced it for 7euro really easy to do.

As for xmas you are right it is pot luck but the usual crowd of swimmers (including me) will be on the beach for a VERY quick dip as will the bbq brigade. If you make it over enjoy.
