Hi everyone, can somebody tell me what monies i need to put aside, for notery,bank arrangement fees, also stamp duty etc,

Hi,
When buying a property a "good guide" is 11% onto property price for taxes and legal fees, then 3% on top of mortgage for arrangement fees, notary fees, etc.

thanks very much , I am just getting different cost from my agent and also a mortgage advisor I didn't think it would be this complicated.
