telefonica

To disconnect the phone, you need to send a FAX to Telefonica, with a copy of your Passport. Fax number (0034) 902 101506. (D'ont waste your time phoning, they will ask you to send a fax, so they have your request in writing) Hope this helps.

Yup - just cancel the direct debits and they'll cut you off. Send a letter to confirm, giving your details etc.
