I'm looking for web designers and or hosts to help build a website(s).

Budgets are small, so maybe an opportunity for anyone just starting out.

Has any small business had any dealings with a company called 'BLATENT WWW'? If so, what were your experiances? Are they worth the money? Any faults, etc.
