first visit to area

I am visiting the area in october. With a long term view to establish a ladieswear retailers. I am currently involved in the wholesale distribution business selling labels like Poppy, Paul Separates, Fosby. Do you think there is a need for these mid market uk brands in this area ? I welcome your comments.
