I'd Second Carolines Cakes they are excellent if you want to save yourself the trouble of making one also does cake equipment

Thanks I have had a quick look at carolines cakes website looks good,

Is she based in uk or spain?

As for making the cake, it is something i have always enjoyed doing and is a fraction of the cost of getting someone else to do it. Daughter knows exactly what she wants I have all the plans made out and ready to go, just need cake boards etc. As it is the first time i have done this since moving over I have no equipment

Carolines-cakes are based in Torrevieja just e mail her via her website i am sure she will have what you need
