Capital Gains Tax Query

I am selling my property next week. I am aware that there will be a new Escritura value placed on my property since my buying price. I am also aware that I will have to pay a 3% sales tax on the profit margin.

However, when I send the cash to my account in the UK, will I be subject to any UK taxes? Any help would be much appreciated!

I think there is an agreement within the EEC that if you pay one tax in one state, you don't have to pay it again.
Assuming this is not your main residence, I think the capital gains tax in Spain is similar to UK - about 35-40% of the profit ?

hasn't this just been reduced to 18%? or is that a different tax?
