hi i still have a home in the uk and have been living in spain for 2 years, full time i do not have my residentia and i work offshore on the oil rigs 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and iam still paying 40% tax working for a british company. I have been told of people who are in the same position as myself yet they dont have any ties in the uk and are in a different tax bracket Can anyone sshed any light on this ??
