Help with selling property - reliable solictor required

We have two properties in Torrevieja and are looking to sell one. The property we are looking to sell is on the Mi Sol estate in Torrevieja and was purchased 35years ago by an elderly relative of ours.

We don't have the relevant paerwork necesaary to sell the property and need help from someone who knows an indepedant english speaking solicitor who could help us with the searches etc for the right paperwork. We have tried to sort the paprwork locally but have been unsuccessul and now need a solicitor to do some "leg work" for us to get things in order.

Does any one know a reliable english speaking solicitor in the Torrevieja area that they have used themselves?

We would also be grateful if anyone has sold a property at Mi Sol and would let us know who they used to sell the property?
