Hi all
I will be coming out to my recently acquired apartment in El Paraisio (near Dialprix on coast road, south side of Torre) end of July and most of August. Can anyone tell me whether any of the local bars in this area have music/live bands/dancing etc? If not can anyone recommend anywhere in town centre.

Dont know if it's your type of music, but the Keith Monk Quintet play Mainstream Jazz at the Beach Bar 103, (which is behind Dial Prix.) The band have been playing on Wednesday nights, but this is going to be changed to Thursdays during the Summer, starting next week. Times are the same, 8.30pm to 10.30pm The band play all types of easy listening jazz. Even if you dont like jazz, come down, have a drink and enjoy the music.

Thanks for replying. I like all different types of music, including Jazz. I know the bar and will come and see you one Thursday.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to dance (preferably not full of teenagers as definitely passed that stage!!)

La Zenia Hotel have dancing every night about ten mins. by car down the 332

Hi

Although not in Torrevieja town centre The Asturias restaurant south from Torrevieja along N332 - just past the go kart track has music and dancing also do nice meals by all accounts.

Also very good is the Patio Andaluz at Punta Prima opposite Torrejoven Hotal - spainish singers serenade you at your table and flamanco dancers a few nights of the week.
