Name of New Estate Agent?

When we visited in April this year we were shown some properties by a new Agent just opened up in a new property on Avda la Mancha where it crosses Avda Paris at the lights, going towards the Mercadona its on your right.

I have lost her business card and cant remember the name.

She was going to contact me if more properties came up I may have given her my email incorrectly.

Can anyone help with her name?

Cant help you with the name but in answer to the pension question: I think it is illegal for a bank to charge for receiving regular pension income transfers. With Spanish banks if you dont ask you dont get - so push yours or look for another! Also you can pay in a Sterling cheque made payable to yourself and your branch should not charge you any commission . Another free way of putting sterling in and getting Euros out (when the cheque has cleared - this depends a lot on your UK bank - mine is very quick)
