Satellite tv necessarry for rental properties?

Hi just wondering if satellite is really necessarry for a rental property . Would it deter people from enquirying if I did not have it?

You could have cable provided it is on your community. When I priced it was cheaper than Satellite and has been no bother since having it put in.
