Any body out there know of a decent administrator for a Community near Villamartin Plaza please we need one that speaks English/Spanish and wants to work!!

Do you have experience of this administrator? Are they efficient? Are they honest?

We use Torrefincas which is located in Ramon Galud.

They are very reliable, honest have English speaking advisors etc.

NBA are our community administrators and support and give me as president the advice I need, their accounting and general administration is spot on even down to the last stamp we used

GAL - I can't find a way of contacting your privately, so here are some questions that my President would like answering with regard to NBA, and if you have any experience on how they handle the following:

1 What are their charges?
2 What services do they give?
3 Have they had experience in dealing with new communities that are still on builders supplies and have outstanding snags to be finished?
4 Obtaining habitation certificates as we have not been adopted by town Hall yet.
5 Debtors - how do they perform on this subject?

Is there is anything else that you think we should know about them?

Unfortunately no way on this forum it is not as secure a system as I would like as we have to divulge our personal email addresses and phone numbers for the world to see oif we want to make contact that is unless I am totally thick.
