Rental Agency, Do you know a good one.

Having had little luck at selling my Studio flat in Quesada, I have decided to rent it out long term. Does anyone know a good agency that can find me an honest and reliable person to rent it.

When I thought I was going to be buying a flat in La Mata when I was over there recently, I asked the Agents who were selling the flat what their deal was for handling rentals.
They told me they take 50% of the Rental as their fee on off-peak rentals! (Because of the time of year, I had asked them about renting over the winter.)
Quite frankly, I thought this was extortionate!
What does anybody else think?

Please Alyson, you are so wrong! We never, never said to take a 50% fee on rentals!!!! It is 20% on short term rentals ( like verybody else!!!) and for a long term rental (=1 year) 1 month!
I asked you gently ( by private email) not to put me for joke on the forum but because you can't stop doing so I must defend myself! You did not listen to us!!! And that for somebody who only spent 1 week here in 20 years!

Just to clarify, I have only spent 1 week in the Torrevieja area in my entire life!
I fail to see what that's got to do with anything, however.
I have travelled extensively on the south coast of Spain from Almeria to nearly la Costa de la Luz; as well as Spain's islands.
The last time I was on La Costa Blanca (in Calpe and Denia) was in 1974! I was also in Estartit a few years later.
