Property in Cabo Roig

Hello everyone.

I am new to this forum, and looking for some advice. I own a 2 bed townhouse on one of the Zenia Golf developments in the Cabo Roig area (near the pyramid roundabout), that I am looking to sell.

I dont live in Spain, and have found it difficult to source a reliable agent to market and sell the house. The agents I have spoken to suggested the property is worth approx 180,000 Euros, but may take a very long time to sell.

Can anybody recommend a reliable agent for marketing this type of property?

Your help would be appreciated.

Judging by the fact that my post received over 240 reads but only 1 reply, I guess most people can't name any reliable agents...not surprising really.

I will check out your recommendation. If that doesn't work out, perhaps I'll call one of my neighbours, and ask them to stick up a 'se vende' sign.

Don't forget Property Market very slow here so can take a while to sell. It is also holiday here tomorrow and Friday just in case you try to ring them tomorrow and you don't get a response leave a message on machine with your name and number and they will get back to you. Maybe put a Se Vende notice up as well can't hurt! Good Luck

Actually, I think the problem is that people don't want to name their agents in this forum because it stops the agent from posting replies to posts like yours cos its a non-commercial forum. I've been very impressed with my Belgian agents so far.
