Hello there!
Does anyone who visits this forum live in or own in this block - or even somewhere in the immediately surrounding area?
If so, I'd love to hear from you through this forum (first).

Update: I have had to cancel my plans to buy here cos I've discovered that I'm trapped with my crap (currently 6.99%) mortgage until next June when 5 years will have passed.
Not a major problem because, in the current falling market, I might be able to get a bargain when am next able to come out there.
