hi could anybody out there give me easy directions to this restaurant from la zenia ? is it far by taxi and is it suitable for families (children aged 10 and 13) many thanks, by the way hope the weather has improved !!!

Never been in,,but if your talking about the 1 at la mata, its a far way from La Zenia.
Stay on the N332 past Torrevieja and you come over the hill towards La Mata and the roads join at a roundabout sign posted "torrevieja por la costa" you can either turn right and stop at the next lights that are only about 50mm from the roundabout and walk the 2 mins down Calle Morera as its a 1 way, or do a sharp left at the lights and take the road that runs parallel to the N332, follow it round at the bottom and take the 1st avalable left. this will bring you to Calle Morera.
its a big place, with a nice walk around it, and i have seen many kids in there. not the cheapest of places though.

thanks phil for directions, when you say not the cheapest, I dont mind paying over the odds if the food is worth it, kids also appreciate nice food, would you recommend it on those grounds?Comentario

I have been to the Queen Mississippi and is is very nice indeed.
The setting is lovely and it is a real genuine river boat.
Prices are only high by Spanish standards and the food is very good.
If you want a unique location to eat this must be it.
If the day is nice go on to the front deck and look out to sea
there is a park around the boat as well
kids will like is unique styleComentario
