Blue Sky TV

I purchased a Blue Sky TV from Carrefour about 2 1/2 years ago and the power pack has gone wrong. I approached Carrefour and they were unable to help as it appears they are more interested in selling another TV. Does anyone know where I can get a power pack for Model LC20HI. Alternatively does any one know of a TV repairer who could repair my TV

I had the exactly same problem and so has one of my friends. It seems impossible to buy another power pack, Carrefour were worse than useless. could not get it repaired so had to scrap it.
We bought a new one from Media Mart in Habaneras.

I think you'll find it is called ' Masters' and like Carrefour, all very good when you're buying something but no better when you have a fault or a complaint....After four weeks, I am still waiting for their repair people to fix a 'dead' washing machine bought a few weeks ago.

You are probably right, I dont think anywhere is any good when it comes to repairs, however, I have got a 2 year guarantee this time, I'll see if it's honoured should anything go wrong. I will keep you informed.

We bought all our white goods' at Real Domestic at Villamartin. Unfortunatley the washer developed a fault soon after purchase. They sent a member of staff round to check it out during our next visit then confirmed the fault and made arrangements with the manufacturers to attend the following day. All working fine now. When we bought they delivered and installed and also made the offer to assist should anything go wrong.
