Gluten free products

As hubby is coeliac I was wondering about the availability of gluten-free products e.g. bread, biscuits, flour,xanthum gum. Anyone come across any?

gluten free food

I don't know where you live but Supercor do a good range of gluten free bread,pasta etc.

I am currently living in Kusadasi, Turkey but will be moving to Torrevieja in January. Good to know I won't have to go hunting for hubby's food all over again!

I am also a Coeliac and when I last went out to Torre I found a great health food shop in the centre of town that sold a range of gluten free products, including several different breads and rolls.
Also, as mentioned in other posts a number of the bigger supermarkets now also stock 'sin gluten' products.
