Is there a new office near musical palace in Torrevieja to sign on padron?

The street you want is Union Musical Torrevejense, aka Calle de Antonio Machado. If you find the Music Palace, stand with the Music Palace on your right, the sea on your left (a few blocks away, of course) and walk a hundred yards or so (maybe 200 yards) and the Padron office is on your left. Number 22

I've never made the time to sign on to the Padron which is wrong of me. However I will be in town from 28th December until 6th January and will try and do this then. Can anyone advise me on when the office will be open during this period and the best time of day to get there to avoid lots of hanging about.

I intend to do the same - sign when I come out between 28th Dec and 5th Jan so would like to know opening times during this week. Also, can anyone say what paperwork we have to take with us to do this.

will have to buy pair of very high heeled shoes so I can accidently tread on their toes!!!

Perhaps phone ahead & offer your "services" to Padron, only way to stay in place in queue. With some luck he'll beckon you to front even if you were right at back.

Padron also seems to disappear for coffee or ciggie break or maybe a "service" break, whenever it suits him. (So I've been told !!)
