If you go to the following you can see pictures that we took when we were out, Steve yours (No 36) is quite well on its way. They have a lot done on Block 1 and 2 which is nos 1-36. Block 12, 11, and 10 also part done but when we left on the Saturday they had really moved on and seemed to be starting the foundations for Blocks 3, 4 and 5. We are out again in June so hoping to get a better idea then of how things are moving along and see whether December is still realistic.

I dont know whether you know the car park has changed. The car parking is now under block 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 we got a new plan for that, the people in the show house told us about this, as when we went to look at the site, we were really confused about car parking as we couldnt see any entrance etc that was on the other blocks. They are working on 1-9 and have come on well with it. Hope the pictures are OK for you.

Thanks for the reply, the pictures are brilliant, I cannot believe how things have developed since we were last out there in October.
I did not know about the car park changing, but I don,t see a problem there, I do hope they keep their plans for the green areas though.
We are out there in 3 weeks, hopefully there will be further progression.

Glad you liked the pictures Steve, it is handy to see how things are getting on if you are not able to get out there. We are No. 18 i noticed it didnt come out the last time, which is the upstairs duplex, so we are are end of block 1. You will have to take some pictures when you go out so we can see what they have done in the 4 or 5 weeks since we have been there.
