So as to try and get a group of us together to exchange ideas, hitches that we may have if you are buying in this release, if you could let us know and also what number you are. Hopefully we will not run into any of the problems that the others have been having re green areas being removed, as we all have designated parking and this was put in our plans in the first place. So look forward to hearing from you all and seeing who are neighbours are going to be. Have already heard from a few, in No. 30 and 34 I think it was, so please come forward the rest of you.

You mention problems experienced by others regarding green areas being removed etc. I have not heard of these, could you give us some details please.

La Cinuelica - R8

Yes some of them that are completing now on Granadas, were suppose to have green areas outside their flats, but due to the new laws etc re parking on kerbs etc. they lost all that area and it has been made into parking spaces, so the view out of their windows now is all concrete, not grass a few people have posted on here already about it, and they werent told that it was going to happen so they are not very amused. Obviously on R8 where we are they have allocated parked in the plans so there should be no problem with ours.

If you have a look on La Cinuelica site you can go through all the past posts. We have just completed last week on R2 Carmelo. I know it may take you a while but if you trawl through, especially through last years posts you will see we have had lots of problems with our agent and builder. I wont go into everything on here though. Hope your purchase goes smoothly, some do, some dont.
