Vehicular Access to Premises

This has been discussed in the local papers. It doesn't matter if you were a resident before the pavements were built, Torrevieja council have decided that you either have to have a no parking sign, complete with yellow kerb edgings or your kerb will be built back up so you cannot have access to your drive (if you have one). Try Graham Knight at the Foreigners office again, I think he is dealing with this problem.
