Construction waste. Something to be done!

I suggest to form a group of residents (permanent and "on and off visitors") to try to solve the problem - the illegal dumping of construction waste.The first initiative would probably be to raise the problem again to the Ayuntamiente.
I think the Spanish legislation already forbid this illegal behavior.
Torrevieja needs a clean up!
