Flashing Yellow Light

As I drive around Spain I see two flashing ligts, usually at junctions, can any one tell me what they mean?

The depends what colour the flashing lights are. And excuse me for saying so. (dont intend to be a jerk) but if you dont know what they mean, perhaps you shouldnt be driving around.....

Normally 2 flashing Amber lights at a Junction is a warning for traffic lights ahead. Normally put on bends just before the traffic lights. A Warning to take care and be prepared to stop for the lights! Also used as a warning that the man is showing Green for pedestrian crossings. Just wondering how long you have been driving for!

I guess there is a clue to the colour in his message heading "Flashing Yellow Light" maybe you are a jerk after all.
