  • Advice needed on transfering funds on a regular basis

We are shortly moving out to Sucina on a permanent basis, and would like to hear your experiences/advice on transferring funds to our bank in Spain on a regular basis.
We're retired and have a company pension paid monthly into our UK account. What's the best way to go about it, should we use a Currency Dealer or the UK Bank? Should we transfer funds on a monthly basis or quarterly. Has anyone set up a standing order with their currency dealer and how does it work?
I know, lots of questions with no doubt lots of answers, any advice would be very much appreciated.

    Hi Mora,
Have your Company Pension paid direct into your Spanish bank account.
The benefits are that you will not have any transfer fees from UK to Spain, Commercial rate of exchange, very low charge for conversion from G.B.P to Euro's.
    Don
