I have received an e mail from Polaris World offering property at a 50% reduction in price.

I thought it might be a marketing scam but it seems genuine.

2 bedroom apartments for 80,000 euro ready now.ite

the tag line is that these properties where ordered by clients who can now no longer complete.

They were advertising apts at 129,950 so 80k is hardly 50% discount price. But as I expect they are keeping the original buyers deposit I suppose they can afford to give them away!

Polaris world is in big problems, Their not selling anywhere near their expectations, several of their local offices are closing. The fact their managing director is under suspicions for fraud, isnt likely going to help with the situation. If they sell them for 80K (havent seen the ad myself so I dont know in what resort they are) it could be a very good deal.
Now is actually a very good time to buy. Its the buyers market and you can find some very good deals.
Be careful if you want to buy from polaris though, just make sure to chek what will happen with the corruption case.

also ask about the monthly service charge it is reportedly 180 euors per month though I'm not sure on that
