I will be over to carry out snagging list in 2 weeks time.
Have purchased a 2 bed bungalow on the la finca complex.
Started the buying process some 2 1/2 years ago having paid 50% of the purchase price in which time my personel circumstances have changed. Redundancy and bereavment within the family.
I have purchased the property from villamartin who tell me that I must complete the purchase before selling it on.
Have read many property articles that have said its possible to sell before completion to another party. Is this just a selling ploy or are there different types of purchase contracts that allow you to do this.
