Salt Lakes

I'm coming over In May and was wondering If anyone can help.

My wife has always suffered with eczema,we have been told about the salt lakes which apparently has got fantastic healing properties for this ailment,I've had a quick skim round the site for Imformation but couldn't find anything,can anyone help,Is there any Info on this site or any other site where I might go!!
