When I moved into the Spanish taxation system I used the UK government Spain Individual form FD9 which was accepted by the Spanish AEAT and stamped by them then I sent it to the UK Tax office for Non residents which they processed and I was allocated a UK code of NT (No Tax)
I now hear that the FD9 system has changed – has anyone been through the replacement system – if so what is it? I have friends who now want to get into the Spanish and out of the UK tax system.
